Jennie grew up in Burscough and St Johns, and has been involved in many areas of church ministry, but predominantly leading worship and youth work.  After studying Business at University, Jennie worked in various industries before deciding to take a short time out to look after her young children; then when the opportunity at St John’s came up for Operations Manager, she felt a ‘God nudge’ to go for it and is very happy that she did!

She now lives in Rufford with husband Pete and 3 children. In her spare time, she loves being with family and friends, as well as singing, playing guitar and drums; relentlessly supporting her beloved Everton or relaxing with a good movie or box set. Her go to Bible verse is “I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).
